Haha now using xn's ibook in room. Yesterday me and Eunice stayed over their hall. Haha. After dinner watched vcd then chatted all the way till wee hours. I'm okie cuz today only project and class is at 330pm. Haha. That explains why i am online now haha. And i'm alone because all of them went lecture early in the morning. Actually could not really get to sleep cuz very noisy outside. Since the building is near the main road and sch, so muchnoise made by the vehicles and sch bell :S lolx.
So in the end woke up early too. Now waiting to go lunch haha. Generally, i think the halls are quite conduscive to study ( base on wat i experience so far but may not be that case) :)

Shall start on my individual project today cuz there will more projects and tests to come. Eeeks! haha.

Now i know why Crash won best picture. I love this kind of show which sets me thinking even after the movie has ended. haha. Kudos to the cast and crew for making such a realistic movie. Had a huge impact on me. :)

Oh yeah! I've got a 4-day week! :) *happies*

Hope is not a one-time thingy. haha. Brought my foldable mattress to xn's place today. I didnt know my aunt gave us one haha quite compact and portable. Great. Haha. Then met up w my grps to finalise presentation on mon. Next was gesl. Haiz so many pple had different ideas still cannot decide. I had wanted to just go with the flow, you know let them decide then i just contribute what i can for that idea. But it's not easy to please everyone and some more such a diverse big grp. Naturally, everybody tends to stick to their own ideas. I was listening until cannot stand it already. We are losing focus lor. The main thing now is to think of the target groups and decide as a group the organisations we want to concentrate on. Not going on about how many days we want it and wat shall we do on those days etc. I mean we can always think of the activities later. Now must confirm groups first. I think pple got too engrossed in certain ideas they forgot to look at the agenda for today. hai. Yes an outline can but not dwell so deep into them since we haven finalise anything. Luckily, I think the eventual idea we had base on wat the majority wanted is not bad. haha.

Haven had a good rest since dunno when. Rushing project, next week is the deadline. Rushing tutorials like now. Have to wait until next sem to submit my application. :(
Haiz. Also rushed for tuition cuz the kid has exams. I think i cant even think straight now. Perhaps i have said or done something unintentionally, i dun know. Pardon me for them cuz i dun mean them. Spending lesser and lesser time at home. I dun like it. But i dun have a choice. I am restricted by many things. I cant even take mc. So i cannot afford to fall sick. I am prioritising stuff. I shall look at what is important for now...........................

Got to sleep till noon today, after a night of outing w 2Good peeps. Still after doing sch work the whole afternn kindda sleepy and tired again haha.

Oh well outing yesterday was not bad. We were suppose to meet at Swensen's to celebrate Michelle and Noreen's bdaes. When i arrived i only saw steph. So we waited together. Turned out that the rest were late. So i called Jr, cuz he fetching the others from sch. Told us there was a change of venue and plan. So we had to walk all the way to lido and wait for them. Steph almost fainted cuz she nv eat whole day as she was packed. Mich called and she also not informed of the change so later on the 3 of us sat there and waited for them to come. In the end, coco,jr,fae and noreen came. The rest all cannot make it yesterday. Turned out that coco drove the car and i think both she and jr so blur and got lost lol. I wasnt prepared to watch movie actually but went along since majority wanted to. Watched The Breakup. It was a no brainer. Funny la but didnt like the ending. The only think i like about the show was that i got to admire Jennifer aniston's gorgeous body LOLX. *envies*
Next jr drove us back to swensens for dinner after fae left. Omg i dun dare to sit in his car, so dangerous haha. :)
Dinner was great! Thanks to jr for the cake too haha. Had a good chat as well.Oh so ard 11 plus jr and coco left to watch another movie and the 3 of us went home.

Seriously, the world is not a perfect place. Everything has its flaws. Even Life. You are deceiving yourself if you choose to live in a world of fantasy. But the most important thing is to learn how to handle life's setbacks and to learn from past mistakes. Take it with you and grow to become a stronger, better person. You will grow wiser and make better decisions in the future. True, pain is not something that is easily forgotten. But you have to have the courage to move on and channel your energy into something else. Slowly you will find that there are many other things in life that you can do and achieve succuess in if you put in your best effort.

lolx i feel so lor so..haha it was an emotional night. But i dun regret being part of it. Made me reflect on alot of things and i realise hor that i have been doing quite alot of reflections these days. Wonder what's happening to me. haha.

It's been a long,exhausting,busy yet FUN week. haha it's contradicting, but it's true.

Well, it has been a busy week. Tutorial classes have started. Been rushing to classes and meeting up with new friends. Seems we are all connected somehow or rather cuz we will always bump into the same pple and came to know that they are also our friends' friend. hmm. Just have the feeling i know almost half the pple in the sch. Then again our cohort is small. lolx. Yup. So the projects are also here. So having meetings and stuff. Scheduling things and events so they dun clash and ya i have to go tuition the kid in the evenings too. Doing research and tutorials also pengz. So the late nights and early mornings cause me to be tired.

However it has also been a fun week. :)

Yesterday Michelle was suppose to bring me to hall 5 so i can meet xn and gang. In the end got to know her other friends who were also staying in hall. Gerine,Joanne,Rena and si hui. Then intro to xn they all. Fun bunch of pple. lolx. So a big grp of us went hostel-viewing. To everybody's rooms. Turns out that they were all neighbours! So coincidence! Then had dinner there w eunice,her bf gas and xn. After that went to the JAC meeting. Ended late and in the end came home almost 11 plus. Later having 2 good outing!

I just have this special feeling which i dunno how to describe. Haven had such a feeling before. It is very qi3 miao4.
Living by yourself outside, requires much support and concern by pple. As the saying goes" Zai jia kao fu mu, chu wai kao peng you". Not easy, but its an enriching experience. The bond shared is very different. And meeting with different pple really broaden one's views. I have learnt a lot since i came here. Very enriching experiences. Interacting with so many different pple, enabled me to learn many many things from them and to see the different lives they lead. To sum it all, i'm happy.

Finally, i'm moving ahead, away from the past miseries and unhappiness. Away from the fear and uncertainties that i had. Away from all the bad things...

It's only Tue and i feel as if i'm gona break down soon. ahh...

Yesterday i almost died. After school had to go teach tuition and the stupid bus was late. Hence i was late for tuition and i ended late as well. Reached home had so many things to do.Networking,adding contacts,projects,print notes,send emails,read text,read notes,do tutorials. And ya cant finish everything and in the end slpt late. As a result this morning i woke up and was late for class.

Heng today's lesson was ICT. The teacher is very very nice and i think that this is one of the more interesting tutorial lessons. He is so nice la treat us all like friends and can joke,laugh,go toilet anytime. Very relax haha can use computer some more haha. Though he seemed slack but he is actually a very good tutor and pple really respect and listen to him. I totally enjoyed the lesson and will look forward to it again :) Next is physics. Ahh. Got lab some more. haha. Teacher is an ang moh w a funny accent. But he is nice also cuz he explained to me some concepts patiently ( cuz i dun understand the lecturer that day!)

So many projects and assignments !! Some due in a few weeks! Haven even started learning anything yet then must do liao! Busy busy busy!

After sch met up with Esther. We decided to go Jurong Point for lunch and so she drove us there. hee. So cool to drive man! haha. No need to squeeze w pple in the bus haha. Went to eat Mos and had a very meaningful and great discussion and chat w her. Love to hear her talk about her baby girl haha. Oh and she told me many things on financial planning too. As in really deposit the money in SAYE. I think its a good idea, but must find out more about it first. haha.

Yeah glad i have LK,shama and esther in the same institution and classes as me :)
Saw an old lady who resembles her....suddenly overwhelmed w emotions again.

It's very important to have a group of friends that you know will always support u no matter what, when and where. I'm glad to have found my groups. :) Have you?

Now having sore throat. Yesterday came home with headache. Now having slight fever. Think i heaty cuz all the food i ate. But still need to blog this or no time next week. Okie some updates as to what has been going on...

THUR: Meeting up with my GESL group pple and had our very first discussion with our facilitator. It was good actually. All of us could be frank about everything and brainstorm on ideas and give very valuable opinions on the project. I thought that it will be difficult to work on the project with such a big group, but it turned out extremely well. And i really learnt a lot from all those pple. Many of them had so much experiences to share and i was so lucky to hear things from different perspectives. And i realise now that it was not easy coming into my sch too, for some had to try applying 6-10 times before finally getting enlisted. So i feel that i'm really fortunate to get it the first time i applied. The only sucky thing that day was my locker. Guess what, i found 2 chewed gums stuck inside and lotsa cobwebs and gross things!!!!WTH! How long hasnt anyone used it?? Dun they have some one to maintain it b4 giving it to new users?? And i paid so much money for something in such a disgusting state! Unbelievable. Guess tml or tue i must really clean and disinfect it cant stand it.
In the evening received sms frm xn that fri gona have bbq!So last min! Then frantically planning on msn lol and its only for 5 pple! But we managed to book the pit! Thanks to xn and her bro lolx.

FRI: After school, came home prepare and then met wq and eunice at White sands to buy food and stuff. Then went to our pit to prepare haha. Since the rest coming late, we started laying out everything first.

haha after that xn came with the rest of the food. And i started fire. haha. After much effort, finally got a nice fire going! haha

Then eunice's bf came and cuz we're running out of charcoal and food, he offered to go buy some more haha so nice. So eunice went w him and the 3 of us continue eating lolx. Finally they came back and wl came to join us too!!~ I think my fav was still the Choco-marshmallow!~~YUM!!!haha. At night after cleaning up, went to chill at the playground.

Then eunice's bf offered us a ride home. Thanks! hee. A BBQ for 5+1 haha so crazy but fun :)

SAT: My bro,sis and cousin went queensway to buy stuff. Was too tired to join. So met up with them later in the evening to have dinner. Since i just received good news haha so i treated them to Kenny Rogers. hee. But Marina sq was flooded with pple so scary!!! Of cuz everyone wanted to watch the fireworks haha.

After that shopped ard marina and i finally bought my jeans! At this shop with pretty good service! haha yiru also bought a top and pants. Then since we're running late, we chiong all the way. Supposed to meet ys and ar gal who were already at esplanade. But when we got to the entrance we were trapped cuz so many pple! Then we cant get out of da place. So had to stand there, luckily the view was not bad too. I think the display was good. Especially the finale-wow. haha

Then we managed to get to raffles city dashing the traffic and road. So wei xian! Met up with minah and gal finally can take a breather.

Then had to bring the kids home. We waited for along time but still very crowded. Luckily we went to outram then take back and got seats haha.
Home sweet home. But after showering i wasnt feeling very well. And i knocked out immediately. This afternn woke up still giddish. Sorry kl and wn cant meet up with u all today. Haiz gg slp again then later must do my project and hmwk. so cham . :(

HAPPY NATIONAL DAY PEOPLE!!!!

Yeah i love holidays and slacking at home. Just now rach came my house to do her bidding stuff. My god so troublesome! hah. I think we both became very fan cuz cannot find anything that she can take. Oh and i think she is gg to be super bz since she joined dragon boating. gosh.
Tml having lesson in the afternn yeah. Cuz its, GESL, my major project and meeting my group. Before that think me and LK shall go sch a bit earlier to buy notes plus i wana check out my locker haha. Maybe put my gym stuff there , feel like gg on Fri :)

2good's outing next week! I think michelle organised it or something. But its good to finally have someone else take initiative instead of being the one asking pple first. New groups having outing, how about my old groups and friends?? haha. Quick somebody plan one haha.

What to say? My first day of sch officially! Met LK at mrt this morning cuz lecture at 830am *pengz* And ya got a shock cuz the bus queues at the interchange for both buses were super loong!! Luckily 2 buses came at the same time or else i think wait until we rot there. Lolx. Couldn't believe it and i thought that taking the train was bad lolx. First lecture was Dse100, its an English module. Hmm quite okie la except that we started late and ended early and so had like 1 hr to rot. Saw Esther( the pretty mother who look like my age) and Shaman. So intro intro then we sorta clicked. So next lect was science on FORCES! WTH. Physics. I hate Physics. But i cant hate it anymore cuz most of the content in this module is on Physics :S So i gotta try to love the subject. But i think i will gain more by reading my own secondary school text haha. Next we had 3 hours of break. So the four of us went to Ntu Can A to eat again. haha. Damn crowded la. And we walked all the way to the south spine to see the pc shop. Along the way there were many booths cuz today got cca fair. Was looking at the prettytuff thingy and all of us considered joining. Cant find my Jac booth though. Then at the shop, there wasnt much choices and models available. And since we are not entitled to the loan, i might as well buy from outside since got better and models and are ard the same price.

This week no tutorials except DSM100 and DED101 which i had today. Coincidentally, Esther and I were in the same grp yeah! When we got to class, we were divided into groups and we got to be in the same team yeah! hee. I love the tutor cuz she is very very experienced and nice and we like to hear her stories and experiences. Grp activities were fun and engaging haha cuz today's lesson is Edu Psychology II: Classroom management. :) Love her teaching methods and like my class. So first tutorial aint that bad cuz i saw a few familiar faces like Esther, Angeline and Michelle. Then went home with Amelina and Hafizah. Fizah also staying in sk !! hee Finally someone to go home with haha. Suppose to have another lect but today dun have cuz starting next week.

Oh since mon is my long day, tried to change tuition date but unsuccessful cuz the father dun want. Haiz so he gonna discuss w his wife first at most push back the time lo so when i get home it will be hmm 10 plus? And tue's lesson is at 830am. Sharks.

2GOOD ROCKS THE WHOLE FOC!

Before I came to the ttc orientation camp today, I had many doubts and worries. Cuz after last fri’s not very fun orientation, I wasn’t really expecting much. Plus the fact that I hadn’t had camps for how many years already, can’t blame me for being unenthusiastic about it. But now, I’m super duper glad I came cuz I had sooooooooooo much FUN I can’t describe! It was one of the best camps I have ever been to in my entire life!!!!!!! Even though now I totally stink to the core and going to collapse soon, I am still very high that’s why I need to blog about it haha.

MORNING: Suppose to meet LK but she was late so I went myself. Some groups were already gathered around and I spotted Jos. She went to register her group and gotten her shirt. But my OGLs were nowhere to be found. I was in group 2 and I can’t find anyone. So a group of us were stranded. Finally JR, our ogl came and settled everything. The problem now is that the shirt we had were of sucky quality! All of us tot it will be as big as the black shirt we had last week. But this cannot stretch and kindda tight! So I asked to change then he said no more big sizes :s Another girl Joanna also cant fit so she had to wear her own T until later on, while I mian3 qiang4 squeeze into the smaller one.

Next after the briefing, we went out to have ice-breakers. At first we were really quiet and sianz cuz all strangers. And again, we all came from different age groups! But this time more variety and mostly young ones. But our courses are all mixed and hence we got to interact with pple from other courses. Our ogls kept motivating us but we didn’t respond well. Then we planned our cheers and designed our flags. It was then that things started warming up a bit. The cheers ( Me and other 2 gals plan one haha) were cute and fun. The bootlicking song was “Don’t Cha” by PCD. Haha. After lunch then we begin the actual race.

AFTERNOON: The race started and our group was very quick to solve the riddles and go to all stations. We started heating things up and every one, including xiaomei whom is the oldest in her forties I think, joined in. My mood was right again and after several stations the whole group got high haha. Our group was known for doing the don’t cha song as well as POLE DANCING!! Actually this idea came about when we were playing ice-breakers. Cuz JR answered something wrongly about one of the members, his forfeit was to do the pole dance using our flag pole. ( He did a great job btw lol). Then at our 3rd station, both our ogls did the dance and the response was exceptional! So when we saw the Angel walking ard, she demanded us to do pole dancing ard the 2 GMs for us to earn our marbles ( worth immense points!). So we did!! And it worked! Since then, every Angels we saw , every GMs we met, we do the same for extra points and also don’t cha them haha. We were really high and even though we were tired and exhausted from running and stuff we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! Thanks also to JR and Steph cuz they really helped us a lot! Whatever the GMs want us to do we do!!! One of the station was at NTU canteen A. We met an Angel and we told her abt our famous performance. So we did it but she wasn’t satisfied cuz we pleaded for more marbles. So she dared us to Don’t cha and Dirty Danced in the middle of Canteen A !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So many pple were having their lunch!!!!!!!!! But we still did it, not once but twice!! And many pple applauded our efforts enjoyed as much as we did haha. Running ard was tiring but I have never been in a group so so so so united !! It was different from all prev camps that I had went before. And I was surprise to find every body so open and united and enthu and were having fun towards the end cuz at the beginning we were slow to warm up haha. Must remember some have kids le okie haha. Towards the end, my hands were red, my throat was hurting, yet we were all still energized.

And so, my group was the Champion group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!! Banzai!!!!!!!
We were so thrilled cuz we never expected to win. One thing for sure is that we worked really really hard! Extremely hard! So that’s the fruit of our labour and we got prizes hehehe. And yes had to perform again. Lolx. And yes, we volunteered to be the marching contingent for ND celebration on tue, cuz yesterday’s champion team also volunteered. Actually I dun really wana go cuz mon got rehearsal and it clashes with my tutorial and lecture. But the organizer says we will be excused. But I wana go class mah, my first class then already have to pon liaoz. Haha Oh well at least we are doing this as a group and will be seeing one another again! Then met Jos,Lk and my group girls went home tgt. Only Coco lives in NE so we took nel tgt haha.

Reflection: I really made many new and nice friends today. From all walks of life, countries and courses. Great team work. Hope to keep in contact with everyone of them. Learnt to work with many different types of people instead of sticking to similar age group ones. Enjoyed myself thoroughly cuz I long time never let loose liaoz haha. Still savouring the victory as well as all the fun we had today. 2GOOD ROCKS!

I stink like hell and i'm tired haha..
But first some updates:

WED: Met up with wn and kl. Supposed to buy jeans but cant find nice ones, so ended up buying denim skirt haha. Next we went to wn's new house! Very nice leh! Like condo and the colour scheme very very nice and special haha. Oh and we finally get to meet baby Rain! So kawaii~
Then we started making sushi! haha My first attempt was like horrible cuz the crabmeat was slanted haha. My 2nd attempt was good haha. Since kl bought her mei mei camera so we took many pixs of the process as well as her niece and her room haha. And also since kl's overseas and cant send me the photos, these are taken frm wn's blog.






After that rush to tuition Fiona. Got my timetable le, mon is the longest day of the week. Tot maybe shall change tuition date. But will decide after careful consideration first haha.

THU: Went out with fui and cla for dinner at sakae's! Nice catching up and discussing about sch stuff cuz i still blur blur and sch's starting in 2 day's time! haha. After that walk walk a bit but didnt stay too long cuz i have a camp on fri and need to wake up early.

The ntu audi is really very grand and nice!! haha. Went back sch for a talk, this time met up with LK. Hee. She cut her hair so almost cud not recognise her. And though we know each other sometime, today is the 2nd time we are seeing each other! haha. But i'm glad she's someone i can talk comfortable with very nice person :) The talk by the director was very inspiring. Also the ex students who shared their stories and experiences were all very inspiring and motivating too. I'm really convinced that i had made the right choice. It's a tought road ahead, as i will be facing many challenges and meeting pple from all walks of life. But that's also something to learn from isnt it? That i'm already stepping into society sooner then i had expected. Learning to work with pple of all ages, handling actual work situations. What i will be learning will be applicable to wat i will be doing in a few years time. It is what i have always wanted to do and i finally understood the meaning of fulfilling one's goal. I am fulfilling mine right now. So i must work hard! I want to cross over!!! I want to have many opportunities to learn locally as well as to go overseas to see the world. haha..

Oh well after the whole thing, me and Lk went to the famous canteen A to grab lunch. Actually wanted to eat mac's but the other food seemed tempting haha. Nice place too. Then went back to book shop where i bought some textbooks. Ex ne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Broke liaoz but no choice cuz complusory to buy boo hoo......

Many events are coming up. I just got my locker, my ogl called me yest abt fri's camp. Now waiting for the full time table to be up as well. First day of sch also got JunYang's concert!! But dunno shud go or not haha. Then end August also got many activities. haix. Must enjoy these limited days b4 sch starts proper :)
