Had my very first Teacher's Day Celebration as a perm staff on Friday. It was very special and indeed memorable. I believed everyone enjoyed the concert, and i was happy that the kids danced real well! haha. So proud of all of them. And the tea ceremony was very interesting too.
Then I went for my morning lessons with two of the P4 classes. I was surprised to receive presents from them despite only after two lessons of knowing them. I was quite touched hehe. Next, elly, Mohana and i brought our classes to the canteen to make sandwiches. It was part of their EL lessons and we had wanted to make it more interesting for them. Therefore we let them have the experience and i could see that they enjoyed this session a lot. :)

What followed after that was a mad rush haha. After dismissal, all of us quickly rushed home to change and doll up. I even took a cab home for fear of being late because my colleague was coming to pick me up. Haha. So i wore the new DP dress that i bought hehe. Soon, eelin and Mdm Ng came and picked me up. They looked so elegant and pretty! Luckily i was not overdressed lol. Upon arrival, we went to the ballroom of the York Hotel. It was not very big but then all tables were filled up. The theme was Rainbow and so the whole place was very colourful with all of us wearing the various colours from the rainbow hehe. What followed after that was a series of lucky draws, games and of course FOOD! :P
It was fun-filled evening. Also thanks to dear who came and drove us home. haha :P
